You will learn to eat balanced day to day (carbs, protein, fats) without all the fuss.
We offer meal plans for any way of eating you choose to follow: gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, low fat, low cholesterol or any other lifestyle you prescribe to. We will design a four week customized meal plan tailored to your individual preferences and goals.
Your customized meal plan will include recipes, provide portion sizes, a shopping list and well balanced meals and snacks. You will also have the option to meet with a Registered Dietitian while building your meal plan. Together we will help identify strategies for meal prep that will nourish your body without all the stress.
